Shipping

We work hard to ship your order within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. However, we suggest that you place your order in advance as it can take up to two weeks to ship your order. We ship via UPS. Same day shipping is available upon request for a $10.00 rush order fee. When placing an order on our site, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Discounts are available for large quantity orders. Call for details.

 

All orders are COD, credit card, or prepaid. Terms of net 30 are available on repeat orders to accounts with approved credit. Please call for a credit application.

 

Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. JRP Socks will assign a return authorization number, which must be clearly indicated on the box of returned goods. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number. Merchandise refused or approved for return for reasons other than defects will be subject to shipping charges and a restocking fee of 20%.

 

 JRP Socks offers a full credit or replacement on garments with factory defects reported within 15 days of receipt of goods.
